Free Speech and Money
In Michigan, site of the next most important primary in the 2012 Republican season, Mitt Romney is outspending Rick Santorum 50 to 1 in advertising.
Does that mean that Mitt Romney has 50 times more money free speech to say than Rick Santorum?
